S C Joseph Ltd will help you every step of the way on your new build project. We can advise on how to go about planning permission, where to get architectural drawings completed, order materials and more. We’ll also take care of all the things you wouldn’t want to miss such as connecting drainage, gas, electric, water and phone lines. Once the house is finished, we also offer a painting and decorating service to add the finishing touches.
